Description
The Tinker Hatfield and Dan Sunwoo creation gains inspiration from the Taegukgi (Korean flag), which can be seen throughout its colorway. The meaningful “taeguk” symbol is incorporated within the inner lining and collar to complement the blue, red, and white coloring as a reflection of peace and purity. ”서울” (“Seoul”) is added to the left inner tongue while the 1988 Summer Games’ motto, “화합과 전진” (“Harmony and Progress”), is shared on the opposite inner tongue. The traditional Nike Air logo returns to each heel as a special homage to the roots of the Air Jordan 3 model.
