In the midst of trying to figure out what sneaker brand to sign to prior to his start in the Association, there was a visit to the Jumpman’s campus where the team gave his little brother a clean white Air Jordan 1 and a box of crayons for him to style it to his own liking. Like any 5-year old would do, Noah went wild with the scribbles and multiple colors, and it’s this moment that inspired the theme for this latest Zion 1 makeup. “It goes beyond just a little kid’s scribbles,” Zion says when speaking on his flashy new installment. “Noah just lights up any room he goes into. He has to be the most confident kid I’ve ever met in my life.”
Forefoot and toe box areas of the kicks are designed with simple black and white color-blocking allowing the heel sections and outsoles to do all of the talking. Each are treated with multi-colored “Zion” letters that are dispersed in alphabet soup-like fashion.
